Why No Refunds?

DigitalGuid sells digital downloadable products. Once a digital file has been delivered and downloaded, it cannot be returned. Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are non-refundable.

What This Means

• ❌ No refunds after purchase, regardless of reason.
• ❌ No exchanges for digital products.
• ✅ If you did not receive your download link after payment, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
• ✅ If there is a technical issue with the file, we will provide a replacement.
